If you have the skills you could mine with drones in a buffer tanked orca. It is unlikely that many would bother to get a large enough squad together to alpha an orca in high sec (i.e 10 abaddons). As a bonus you get to see dumb gankers wasting ships trying to gank you with cruisers.

There were 29 Orca Kills during the last Hulkageddon, I didn't check for a max tanked one but many were suicide ganked.
